Text Banking

Text banking allows you to send text messages to and receive important information about your account. Once enrolled for text banking, you can also set up your eAlert subscriptions to be sent as text messages directly to your mobile phones. Enrolled members receive the following services from their credit union:

  • Members can text message requests and receive text message replies on the available balance on accounts of enrolled memberships.
  • Members can enroll in eAlerts and select to have the alerts sent to them in the form of a text message.

Our text banking service is secure.  Text messages will never contain confidential information about you or your accounts. Messages will ever contain full account numbers.

To activate text banking:

  • Mobile App – Click on the “More” menu in the lower right.  Then click on “Text Banking” and follow the prompts.
  • Online Access – Click on “Go Mobile” and then click on “Go to Text Banking.”
