To report a lost/stolen ATM card after hours, please call 800.472.3272. Please be sure to state that your financial institution is “Partnership Financial Credit Union.”

Going on a vacation?

Be sure to take your PFCU ATM/debit card but let us know your travel plans!

When you use your ATM/Debit Card outside of your home area, the credit union receives a fraud detection notice. When this happens, the credit union makes every effort to contact you. However, if we are unsuccessful in being able to verify that you are the person using the card, we unfortunately have no choice but to restrict the card until we can reach you.

This feature is utilized for your security and safety. If we know ahead of time that you will be traveling, you will continue to enjoy uninterrupted access to your funds while you are out of town. Because of this, we ask that you please take a minute to let us know and enjoy your vacation and while you’re at it make sure we have your cell phone number and email address on file just in case!
