For your initial call, enter your 9 digit account number, followed by your PIN, which is the last four digits of your Social Security number. Once entered, you will be told that your PIN has expired and prompted to select a new 4 digit PIN. Choose a PIN you will remember. You will use this PIN to login in the future. To protect the privacy of your accounts, always keep your account number and PIN confidential.
